SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All our orders are shipped via FedEx. Shipping is free to any state in the United States. We offer two shipping options: in-stock items with a delivery time of 3 business days, and made-to-order items with a delivery time of 14 business days.

We are not responsible for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs procedures, or events beyond our control. Once we deliver the products to the transport company, ownership and risk of loss are transferred to you.

PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price you will be charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time you place your order and will be indicated in your order confirmation email. Unless expressly stated otherwise, published prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs duties, or import taxes.

Prices published in our online stores may differ from prices offered in physical stores or in online stores or other stores operated by third parties. Occasionally, we may offer promotions on the Services that may affect prices and are governed by terms and conditions different from these Terms. In the event of a conflict between the terms of a promotion and these Terms, the terms of the promotion will prevail.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, payment, and account information for all purchases made in our stores. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, credit card numbers, and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

You represent and warrant that (1) the credit card information you provide is true, accurate, and complete, (2) you are duly authorized to use this credit card for the purchase, (3) your credit card company will accept the charges you incur, and (4) you will pay the charges you incur at the published prices, including shipping and handling and all applicable taxes, if any.

We work with all major credit card companies: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, and DISCOVER, through the online payment platform: PAYPAL.

RETURNS

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Exchanges are not available.
All “Create Your Own Masterpiece” orders are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

WARRANTY

At Kaiagina, each piece is crafted to last a lifetime.
We offer a Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty covering any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. Should your piece require attention due to a craftsmanship issue, we will repair it at no cost.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper use, loss, or theft. Over time, fine jewelry may naturally show signs of wear, including scratches or slight changes in metal finish, which are not considered defects.
For services outside of warranty coverage, we are pleased to offer repair and restoration options at a reasonable cost.
